There is another polish publishing I am not polish  but is a more neutral info.
Một ấn bản khác bằng tiếng Ba Lan. Tôi không phải người Ba Lan nhưng tôi có thông tin trung lập hơn
(Câu này JK viết tối nghĩa, em dịch thoát đi)

Whatever this bock using U.S estimates. But have pictures and info from both sides, is about the air war USAF vs VNPAF
Mặc dù cuốn sách này dùng số liệu ước lượng của Mỹ nhưng hình ảnh và thông tin thì dùng của cả 2 bên về không chiến giữa Không lực Mỹ và KQQDNDVN

Powerful and Brutal Weapons: Nixon, Kissinger, and the Easter Offensive
Stephen P. Randolph

As America confronts an unpredictable war in Iraq, Stephen Randolph returns to an earlier conflict that severely tested our civilian and military leaders. In 1972, America sought to withdraw from Vietnam with its credibility intact. As diplomatic negotiations were pursued in Paris, President Richard Nixon and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger hoped that gains on the battlefield would strengthen their position at the negotiating table--working against the relentless deadline of a presidential election year.

In retaliation for a major North Vietnamese offensive breaking over the Easter holidays, the President launched the all-out air campaign known as Linebacker--overriding his Secretary of Defense and clashing with the theater commander in whom he had lost all confidence. He intended to destroy the enemy with the full force of America's "powerful and brutal weapons" and thus shape the endgame of the war. Randolph's narrative, based not only on the Nixon White House tapes and newly declassified materials from the National Security Council, the Pentagon, and the White House but also on never before used North Vietnamese sources, re-creates how North Vietnam planned and fought this battle from Hanoi and how the U.S. planned and fought it from Washington.

Randolph's intimate chronicle of Nixon's performance as commander-in-chief gains us unprecedented access to how strategic assessments were made, transmitted through the field of command, and played out in combat and at the negotiating table. It is a compelling story about America's military decision-making in conflicts with nontraditional belligerents that speaks provocatively to our own time.

A Sphinx: The Memories of a Reluctant Spy in Vietnam
John Burdick

When John Burdick received his orders to ship to Vietnam in 1967, he was certain his life was over. His goal was to return to the United States alive and on his feet no matter what it took. He had been recruited by the military to become an intelligence agent, and for a college graduate student from California, it sounded intriguing. But serving in Vietnam would require all of his skills to stay alive. Dressed as a civilian and with little formal training, Burdick learned quickly and executed missions effectively. He fulfilled several purposes in Vietnam-from infiltrating the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese Army command infrastructure to searching for American prisoners of war. The war hit hard. The deaths of all the young men haunted him. He could trust no one, including the military establishment who tried to squash each success the intelligence personnel achieved. In A Sphinx, author John Burdick recounts a powerful and emotional narrative following his duty in the Vietnam War in the 1960s. It uncovers behind-the-scenes footage of a military intelligence agent and his quest to help more American soldiers come home alive.

China's War With Vietnam, 1979: Issues, Decisions, and Implications
By King C. Chen

Unprecedented in scale and casualties, the brief Sino-Vietnamese war in 1979 was the bloodiest military conflict in the fraternal communist world. Why did the People’s Republic of China and Vietnam, two "comrades and brothers," engage in such a tragic war? This is one of the central questions Professor Chen attempts to answer in this in-depth discussion of that war—from its origins to its current international implications.

The author offers an important framework for the analysis of Chinese military-diplomatic policy, traces the causes that led to the outbreak of the war, examines the process of the war decisionmaking in Beijing, explains why the war was called "Deng Xiaoping’s War," and observes the development of the reactions of the United States, the Soviet Union, and the ASEAN nations. Professor Chen’s discussion of the effect of the Vietnam War’s legacy on the Sin-Vietnamese struggle adds to the depth of the analysis. Professor Chen also broadly explores the questions: Did aid from the PRC during the three decades from 1949 to 1978 assist or betray the Vietnamese revolution? How significant were the Kampuchean and Soviet factors in Beijing’s decision on war against Vietnam? How did the United States, China and other countries help to resettle the Indochinese refugees? What is the future for Kampuchea? What is the possibility of Sino-Vietnamese normalization? And what is the Soviet status! versus the U.S. position in the Asian-Pacific region?

In addition to researching official and private documents to bring light to this shadowy topic, Professor Chen conducted numerous interviews with Asian personnel, ranging from Prince Norodom Sihanouk to individual "boat people." He also made use of monitored radio broadcasts from communist and noncommunist countries.

King C. Chen, a professor of political science at Rutgers University, is also author of the definitive study Vietnam and China, 1938-1954 (Princeton University Press, 1969), as well as several books on the foreign policy of the PRC.

Foreign Aid, War, and Economic Development: South Vietnam, 1955-1975
By Douglas C. Dacy

Foreign Aid, War, and Economic Development traces the economic history of South Vietnam from 1955 to 1975. During this period encompassing the Vietnam war, high-level officials paid relatively little attention to the economy of South Vietnam even though economic development was a necessary condition for the country's survival. A generous foreign aid program was designed to pay local troops and improve the standard of living of the population. Professor Dacy documents this growth in national income and the progress or lack thereof in a number of development indicators. He discusses the goals of United States economic aid and measures the net resources transferred. Additionally, the book analyzes wartime inflation and the Vietnamese tax system, and in so doing shows that the measures which would have promoted long-run viability were shunned in favor of short-run expediencies that practically doomed the country in the long run. Finally, economic development in South Vietnam is compared to that in Israel, South Korea, and Taiwan, three nations that faced high military threats during the same period. This book will be of interest to general and economic historians, government officials involved with foreign aid policy, and economists who specialize in economic development. Foreign Aid, War, and Economic Development could also be used as supplementary material for courses in economic development at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

A Documentary History from American and Vietnamese Perspectives
Michael Hunt
